1870 Illustrated Travels by H.W Bates
A truly wonderful old Travel Book by Author H.W.BATES. A must for anyone interested in ethic cultures and customs, History & Geography. Beautifully illustrated throughout this large book holds 378 pages of 12.5 x 10" in size....this large size makes them highly suitable for framing. This was originally a Library Book....the front cover and first three pages are detached but the pages throughout are generally in very clean and tidy condition. No publication date but Inscribed in front as Nov. 1873. I will be pleased to send a wide selection of engravings from the book to interested buyers.
