Old Large Brass Rubbing Of A Norman Knight & His Wife
A really well done Brass Rubbing of a Norman Knight and his wife taken from an English Medieval Church tomb. This is a large piece.....paper size 125 cm x 85 cm.. ( 49x33 ")..as can be seen this can be reduced somewhat by trimming. Very effectively done with in gold on black paper...... the rubbing is circa 1960's We have no details on the Knight although the Shield may offer clues?
